With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, artists of Qazaqconcert performed in Beijing, the capital of China.

As part of the “NAURYZFEST” festival held at Chaoyang Park, the city’s largest central park, the artists presented some of the finest examples of Kazakh national art. The concert program featured works by Kurmangazy, Tattimbet, Zhayau Musa, Manarbek Yerzhanov, Latif Khamidi, Abai, Nurgisa Tlendiyev, and other outstanding representatives of Kazakh musical culture.

The concert held in China became one of the notable cultural events. The audience warmly welcomed the performers and highly appreciated their professional mastery. At the end of the evening, the audience gave the artists a long standing ovation, expressing sincere admiration for their творчество. More than 5,000 spectators attended the event.

The festive concert featured participants including State Youth Prize “Daryn” laureates Adilkhan Makin, Ardak Yeleusiz, Ayaulym Kamazhan, laureates of republican and international competitions Aigerim Yelemes, Zhaslan Karim, Ibrahim Amin, Laura Kumarkhanova, Togzhan Umbet, Akkanat Smagulova, the Kazakh State Folklore Ensemble “Astana Sazy”, and the ballet troupe of the “GULDER” ensemble.

The event was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People’s Republic of China and the Kazakhstan Cultural Center.
