Ensemble “GULDER”
In August 2022, the State Academic Concert Organization “Qazaqconcert” named after Roza Baglanova launched a project to revive the legendary Kazakh artistic ensemble “GULDER”.

Founded in 1968, the ensemble became a true gem of Kazakh art. Its first artistic director was People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Gulzhikhan Galiyeva. The ensemble gained immense popularity and became a symbol of Kazakh stage art, representing the country internationally.

Many renowned Kazakh artists began their careers in “GULDER”, including Roza Rymbayeva, Kairat Baibosynov, Makpal Zhunusova, Nagima Eskaliyeva, and others.

As part of the revival project, new dancers and musicians were selected from leading arts institutions. The ensemble’s chief choreographer is Anvara Sadykova.

The new lineup was officially presented on March 1, 2023, at the Central Concert Hall “QAZAQSTAN”, featuring prominent artists and contemporary performers.
