On June 14, the Roza Baglanova Kazakhconcert will host a unique concert-lecture by the “GULDER” ensemble – “EXPERIENCE No. 4. Dialogue of Eras: From the Pavane to the Kazakh Waltz”, which brings together history, choreography, and contemporary stage art.

The audience will embark on a dance journey spanning six centuries – from the ceremonial 16th-century pavane, minuet, and polonaise to tango, Latin styles, and the modern Kazakh waltz. The program reveals how the aesthetics of movement, the culture of communication, and the language of dance have evolved across different eras.

The concert will feature solo artists of the “GULDER” ensemble, students of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, as well as invited guests – Batyrzhan Smakov and the SAMGA quartet.

A special highlight of the evening will be an interactive finale, where the audience will be invited to join the performance and dance the Kazakh waltz together with the artists. Don’t miss it!
