“PAGANINI & BRUCH” Concert Held at Qazaqconcert

The State Academic Concert Organization “Qazaqconcert” named after Roza Baglanova hosted the musical evening “PAGANINI & BRUCH” performed by the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra.

The concert opened with a composition by the great Italian violinist and composer Niccolò Paganini. The evening’s program featured Paganini’s Violin Concerto No. 1 and “Carnival of Venice,” as well as Max Bruch’s three-movement concerto.

The musical evening featured Sagadat Omargazin and Davide Alogna. Sagadat Omargazin is a laureate of republican and international competitions and the winner of the 19th International Beethoven Violin Competition in Austria. He is currently studying at the specialized music school of the Kazakh National University of Arts named after Kulyash Baiseitova under the guidance of People’s Artist of Kazakhstan, Professor Aiman Mussakhajayeva. Omargazin actively contributes to the development of instrumental music in Kazakhstan, participates in major concert projects, and promotes academic music to a wide audience. The concert was conducted by Bakhytzhan Mussakhajayeva.

The evening was further enhanced by the virtuoso performance of Italian violinist Davide Alogna, highly acclaimed by European music academies. Recognized on international stages, he is considered one of Italy’s leading violinists. He has performed alongside renowned musicians such as Natalia Gutman, Eliso Virsaladze, Bruno Canino, Jeffrey Swann, Enrico Pace, and Roberto Prosseda. Maestro Giuliano Carmignola described him as “an extraordinary talent.” Davide Alogna is also a recipient of a special award from the Accademia Chigiana in Siena.

It should also be noted that during the concert, Sagadat Omargazin received a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aida Balaeva. The letter was presented by Yerlan Dakenov, Chairman of the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
