Anvara Aripovna Sadykova is the Chief Ballet Master of the ensemble “Gulder.”

Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, choreographer-pedagogue (with honors) • 2004–2006 – Master’s degree, Kazakh National Academy of Arts, Master of Arts in Choreography Pedagogy (with honors) • 2006–2009 – PhD studies, KazNAI • 2015–2020 – Research candidate, National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic • 2020 – Defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Art Studies
Creative Achievements: • Laureate of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Foundation Award (2009) • State scholarship holder of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy in Culture (2018) • National film award “Kulager” for Best Documentary Film (“Kazakh Dance”) (2018) • Winner of the “100 New Faces of Kazakhstan” project (2018) • Award for Best Production, International Dance Festival (2019) • 1st Prize laureate of the Shara Zhienkulova Kazakh Dance Competition (2019) • “Best Choreographer Award,” Youth America Grand Prix (2019) She is the author of numerous scientific articles on national ballet art and more than 40 choreographic miniatures in neo-Kazakh style, staged in leading institutions such as the A. Seleznev Choreographic School, State Academic Dance Theater of Kazakhstan, T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, Astana Ballet Theater, Astana Opera, M. Auezov Drama Theater, Astana Musical Theater, and others. She is the author of the ethnoballet “Turan Dala – Kyran Dala” (2017) and the one-act ballet “Legend of Zheltorangy” (2020). She has also contributed to documentary films and publications on Kazakh ballet art, including books and scientific works. She has trained more than 20 laureates of international competitions across Germany, France, Latvia, Italy, Austria, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and others.
